The Space

Our desirable Fifth Avenue location, only one block from Union Square, makes our studio the first place to check out for your next tv/video or photo production. Two private studios, a shooting kitchen, additional prep kitchen, shooting bathroom, 20 foot cyclorama, full line of in house lighting and grip, 12 foot ceilings, a completely open floor plan with no columns, full blackout capability, and white floors are only some of the features that we can offer to make your next production a huge success.

Rates quoted above are rough estimates only for use of the larger West Stage. All quotes may vary depending on the specifics of your particular production and whether you need both studios or just one. Please provide us with as much information as possible on your needs. For more information on renting just the East or West Stage alone, please message details of your production for an accurate quote. Daily electrical usage fee of $75 for under 60 amps or $150 for over 60 amps. We do not charge additional cleaning fees but ask that clients bag all garbage at the end of their production. A full line of in house rental lighting and grip equipment is available.
