This Swanky 4 bed/4.5 bath newly furnished home features two en-suite master suites, living and dining areas accessing a 1500 sqft tranquil garden! The home features Viking chef’s kitchen with stainless steel range with double oven, fridge and dishwasher, and a beautiful customized pantry. State of the art Viking outdoor grill that will inspire you to master your BBQ skills ! Relax in this perfect outdoor garden meant for entertaining -complete with a flat screen outdoor TV and built in wall speakers ! The Beverly Haven is a smart home complete with electric blinds, app controlled lighting and sound. For your comfort this home is equipped with an elevator, 3 car garage, and is ideal for rest and relaxation with the only sounds you hear are chirping birds yet 9 minutes away from the very posh Rodeo drive, shopping, restaurants and clubs.
