The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning Regarding coronavirus disease (COVID-19): (1) The RENTER agrees to accept and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage related to the disease arising from use of venue. (2) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the RENTER agrees to expressly waive, relinquish, and release any claims, now known or hereafter known, against the OWNER and affiliates. (3) The RENTER represents and warrants familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to the disease, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on, and the Georgia Governor’s executive orders and directives pertaining to, the disease. The RENTER agrees to comply with all such orders, directives, and guidelines while using venue, including, without limitation, requirements related to social distancing, maximum number of occupants at events, hand sanitation, and use of face coverings. The RENTER also agrees to follow all instructions and policies of the OWNER while occupying venue. If the RENTER fails to follow such instructions or local laws, the OWNER may ask that the RENTER leave, and the RENTER agrees to comply without a refund. The RENTER acknowledges and agrees to not rely on signs and instructions from the OWNER or affiliates (or the lack of signs and instructions) as an indication of safety or eliminated or reduced risk of exposure to the disease. The RENTER acknowledges and agrees that any steps taken by the OWNER (whether taken consistently or intermittently) are not intended to provide any assurance that the RENTER will not be exposed to the disease. (4) The RENTER agrees not to enter the venue if (i) RENTER is experiencing, or in the past fourteen days has experienced, any symptoms of the disease, including without limitation, a cough, shortness of breath, or fever; (ii) RENTER had a confirmed or suspected case of the disease; or (iii) RENTER came into contact within the last fourteen days with a person who has been confirmed or suspected of having the disease. (5) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the RENTER agrees that their guests enter the facility at their own risk, and the OWNER will not be liable for personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage related to the disease arising from attendees occupying venue.

$75 service (cleaning) feeThe RENTER agrees to also pay a security deposit of $200 due 14 days prior to event. The full deposit is refundable if the venue is returned as provided, without damages, and the event does not go over the specified time. The RENTER is also responsible for returning parking passes. Cornerstone Parking Group charges $25 per parking pass if lost. The OWNER agrees to process the security deposit refund within three business days if the RENTER met the criteria.
