The Garage, Photo & Recording Studio

No smoking on property | No pornography | No drugs or alcohol Cleanup is the responsibility of the guest, and we expect you to leave the studio the same way that you find it. Additional fees will be accessed to your booking if cleanup is required after you've left. If you use any of the available accessory items, please place them back where you found them. Inventory is documented before and after each booking. Missing items will warrant additional charges in the amount of the items missing. Confetti, glitter etc are welcome in this space as long as nothing is left behind after your booking. The epoxy floors in the space allow for easy cleanup. Backdrops are made of paper. Please do not dirty or damage the backdrops - irreversible damage done to backdrops will result in additional charges for replacement items. Simply put, please treat this space the same way you would treat your own. Our aim is to provide the most convenient, easy to use studio space on the platform. To do this, we've provided lights and accessories, at no additional cost, and an intimate space that allows creatives to really focus on producing their best work with no distractions.
