The Space

This space is a modern space perfect for photoshoots, workshops, meetings, or classes. The showroom is half blue and half yellow with a dorm room theme, which is perfect for the surrounding universities for graduation photoshoots. It is also good for anyone trying to hold a class for their business and a just an overall creative space.

Health & Safety Policy

We take the safety and well being of our guests very serious. It is our top priority to be committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We refer to the recommendations from the CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning. We provide our guest with: Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels. Disposable gloves. Disposable masks / face coverings. Hand sanitizer.

Weekend prices are an additional $75 to the base price No pets allowed. No congregating in the front of the building. Properly dispose of any trash. TIME: Please include the time needed to setup, breakdown, and clean up. You can arrive up to 15 minutes before booking starting time and you must be completed by the end of your booking to avoid overtime fees. Your booking is not extended due to a late arrival. EXTENSION: You may pay to extend your booking time in advance, depending on the studio's schedule. Please inform us about overtime as soon as possible, so we can determine if your booking can be extended.
