The Space

Located on the edge of the Fashion District of downtown Los Angeles, The Light Room (DTLA) is sophisticated and distinctively designed, state of the art studio space for all your creative needs. Situated in an old bank this space offers unique flooring, loads of natural light & concrete walls allowing sound from in the unit to stay in the unit. The neighborhood is also filled with coffee shops, restaurants for your crew meals and close to the fashion district, flower district and convenience stores for any last minute needs. All furniture and artwork in the space can be moved to meet your production needs, we just ask you put it back when you wrap up. Being in DTLA, street parking can be limited but sometimes you get lucky. There are two hourly parking lots in the front of the building and behind the building where you can pay to park. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can, etc. While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home.
