* AWD / 4x4 strongly suggested for the access ** On site parking for AWD and 4x4 vehicles This space is a unique venue in the middle of the desert, with a 360 degree view of the Rocky Mountains and the Desert Valley. It's a large lot, with a rustic bar, BBQ, a sign (that reads "5acres"), a nice boulder section, flat desert space and Joshua trees. The site is accessible by cars and trucks, with on-site parking. Please note: The place has no access to water or electricity; however, phone and LTE reception is good here.
