I'm an LA based Realtor who works from home mostly. I love to entertain and keep my guests happy. We have a 4 yr old modern 2 story home that I designed and built myself. We have hosted many a teenager party with as many as 300 people outside and in on the first floor with djs, lighting etc. Neighbors are pretty cool as long as 11pm rolls around and things turn down. Kids are out of the house and my wife works in Entertainment Biz (as I used to as well) so we 'get it' as far as Production.

The Space

Modern, bright, secure and private - this new home has an indoor/outdoor CA vibe from the walnut kitchen to the large deck and pool with spills. Hot tub included and awesome firepit in back yard for effect and chillin spot. Doors to outside are on a motor, so it has that sexy reveal to the pool. Clean lines, easy access for load-ins/out and storage in garage if needed.
