The Space

Welcome to the Heart of Frazier Park, California, an enchanting town nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Los Padres National Forest. Whether you're a resident or a visitor, Frazier Park offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and rejuvenation. And if you're looking for a unique and unforgettable event venue, you've come to the right place! Our amazing property in Frazier Park boasts of two buildings and approximately 8,000 square feet of outdoor space that is fully permitted year-round for community events. Whether you're planning a small gathering or a grand celebration, we have everything you need to make your event a success. The first building is a charming Deli store has a small commercial Kitchen on the main road of town with a cement patio that measures about 2,500 square feet. Located in the heart of town, it's less than 100 yards away from a local tavern and other restaurants. Imagine sipping your morning coffee in the sun on the front patio, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views! The store is perfect for hosting intimate gatherings, such as book clubs, yoga classes, or small business meetings. It can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people and comes equipped with tables, chairs, and basic audio-visual equipment. Adjacent to the store is approximately 2,500 square feet of concrete outdoor dining space, which can be used for al fresco dining or outdoor events. The space is ideal for hosting small concerts, poetry readings, or comedy nights, and can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people. The middle lot is a fully enclosed event area, spread over 5,000 square feet of outdoor space that can accommodate larger groups of up to 150 people. The space is equipped with two Barbecue Trailers - an 8x4 Santa Maria Grill and a 12x8 500 Gallon Smoker - which can be easily towed anywhere on the property to support your event. This area is perfect for hosting weddings, graduation parties, and other special events. It can even be tented and lit up for night events during the summer! The back building, a 1,100 square foot structure, is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit that is perfect for catering events or as a storage area. It comes equipped with a small kitchen and two empty bedrooms that you can customize according to your preferences. The building is ideal for, wine tastings, or art exhibits, and can accommodate up to 25 people. Plus, the property has parking for an RV up to 50 feet long, so you can have the comfort and convenience of a home on wheels. If you're looking to cater your event or just need assistance in arranging for food trucks, our team is here to help! We offer a variety of services, from catering to event planning, to ensure that your event runs smoothly and is an unforgettable experience. But that's not all! We also offer a range of add-ons to make your event even more special. Need a space to record your podcast or host a dance party? We've got you covered. Our PodCasting Space and Dance Floor are available for rent at affordable rates. Want to add some fun to your event? Rent our Cornhole game for a friendly competition.
