 Minimum hours:  4
All of our rental fees include the time you will need for set up and breakdown. Each additional hour would be $650 All of our fees include: kitchen use fee, janitorial/trash fee, site management fee. Valet Parking is not included and needs to be contracted through us separately. Parking on site will be an additional fee as well. Security and bathroom attendants can be provided for an additional cost. A $3000 security/damage deposit is due 30 business days prior to the event. It is fully refundable within two weeks following the event provided there are no damages on the property.
