I'm a Penn State Alumni looking to rent out the 2nd floor in my Sports Restaurant and Bar to responsible guest. You can rent 2 floors or one. All rentals must come with some form of catering services, if not there will need to be a insurance policy paid for prior to having event for bringing in outside food.
