Sprawling over 2000sf with 30ft ceilings, we have seen the space booked for movies and films, TV commercials, wedding ceremonies, shows, productions, fashion shows, plays, exhibitions, conferences, streaming video content, music videos, branded content, independent projects, student projects, trade shows, performances, fundraisers, networking, team meetings, workshops, focus groups, trainings, seminars, retreats, etc. The space includes a hair and makeup room, multiple bathrooms and a private outdoor smoking area.
