This house has EVERYTHING you'll need for your next event: - MAIN LEVEL: open floor plan w/ kitchen, dining, living, and canyon views and large balcony w/ multiple bbq - 2ND LEVEL: master + guest room + outdoor gym w/ Peloton, pilates reformer, etc - SIDE YARD: jacuzzi, TV, fire pit - NIGHTCLUB: full bar, sound proof, theatre with deep couches

hey, i'm pretty flexible, if you're interested in the space you're more than welcome to stop by for a chat and tour. we can figure out what would work best within your budget. the house can be sectioned off into 2 separate spaces, each having a capacity of 60-100 people.
