The Windfall, a Lux Alaskan Vacation Home

The Windfall is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home close to Auke Bay and the UAS Campus that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Guests have a fully-equipped kitchen, free Hulu Live and HBO/HBO Max, and a new Solo Bonfire coming summer 2022 for evening chats around the fire with your loved ones. Plus, no cleaning or laundry required before check-out! This well-appointed open-concept home has everything you need. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor up a staircase. The largest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom looks down onto a secluded flora-enclosed yard. Two more bedrooms sit opposite at the end of the hall and share a well-appointed guest bath. On a clear day you can see Thunder Mountain through the trees from either bedroom. Downstairs on the main floor is the living room with vaulted ceilings and a large ceiling fan, a dining room that seats 6, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a powder room, and a laundry room with full-size Samsung washer & dryer with Steam Sanitize. Take the sliding door from the dining room out to the back porch and down to a small patio on the yard with seating around a fire pit. The backyard is shared with us and our two dogs. They are incredibly people-friendly and do a lot of running around in the backyard. One is an Otterhound so you'll probably hear a few howls during your booking.
