I have always had a passion for hosting events. I am a picky person and I love perfection. My space happens to be perfect for any and every event! Parties/meetings/photoshoots/productions/workouts/Classes/videos/ fishing/relaxing/sporting events... just name it. The home sits on the water for the perfect sunset view. Tiki bar/pool the space is absolutely amazing. Be different and have your event on the water for a fraction of the price! Boat is available for small fishing trip or a boat tour with drinks. The Space

On the Water for a fraction of the cost!!! Name it we got it! Tiki/ water view/ Bar/pool/boat and so much more!! Our home offers the perfect venue to host a variety of events — You can host parties, film/photo shoots, corporate events and even a book signing. We accept both private or non-private events. We happily provide coffee and beer/wine/cocktail services, and can staff your event if needed. The space has both inside and outside seating, & access to a kitchen. We’re happy to tailor either bar package to accommodate parties of all sizes. Any special requests please message host. *Use of the Grill is an extra fee *Use of Pool is an extra Fee *Use of Kitchen is extra fee *No Alcohol provided (you may bring your own) *Use of outdoor space only *Amenities are an extra fee *Deposit required to book *Outside catering is allowed *Ask host for any amenities not listed or any special requests. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. (Fee depends on amount of people attending) *Food/Catering, available ask for quotes *use of kitchen, use of grill, use of pool, are extra. *Any parties of 21 or more people is an extra fee (Fee depends on amount of people). *Outside photography/catering/drinks/decorations are allowed. *Any late hours after 6pm is an extra fee per hour *Use of speakers or is an extra fee *deposit required to book (deposit amount depends on amount of people attending) *Maximum of 20 people for the normal $200 rate For events of 25 or more people there will be an additional fee per hour *25-36 people is $300 per hour, Cleaning fee is $150 *36-50 people is 450 per hour Cleaning fee is $180 *Weekends rates are $235 per hour. After 6pm on the weekends, the rate is $250 per hour
