I believe that meeting clients’ objectives is crucial. · Creating events for landmark venues in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach and the Brickell Business district since 1998. · Providing great atmosphere with flexibility, value, and consistency at every event is my Number One priority. My passion for the hospitality business started when I was a child running around my mother’s restaurant, entranced by amazing aromas of fresh herbs and delicious grilled meats in the kitchen. By the time I was 16 year old, my mother had given me solid instruction on pastries and international kitchens, a strong base that has served me well to this day. A great admirer of Auguste Escoffier, she is my role model and one of the best chefs I have known. Later I refined my knowledge and appreciation for gourmet and epicurean food, working alongside the greatest chefs, and at Tuyo Restaurant, part of the Miami Culinary Institute at Miami Dade College.
