The DragonFly House is 3 stories with incredible views of the oak trees and mountains. The clawfoot bathtub with nature views and private deck make it extraordinarily attractive, enjoyable and useful for film, photography and events. In addition to being quiet, set back from the road and nestled on 13 acres of nature you can also find 2 creeks and dirt driveways to complete the rustic feel. The main floor features a living room, dining room and kitchen with 15 feet of real granite countertops. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with modern furniture and a small half bathroom with toilet and sink. The lower floor has a full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub facing a large alcove window overlooking the oak trees. The walls of the bathroom are lined with cedar. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and the Valley, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. On the property we also have a stone house and fireplace which is over 100 years old and a large holding space with electricity. In addition to shooting the interior of the cottage your crew can have access to the remaining 13 acres the property, providing endless possibilities. The property has lots of parking. There are over 100 oak trees with sculpted rock streams covered with a total canopy of green. If you need a rustic and forested location this is the place.
