The Space

Fully furnished house on large lot located in Studio City. Very production friendly There are up to 7 parking spaces available at the office. There are an additional 4 spaces along the house wall in the alley, as well as the back driveway which can fit up to two cars. An additional 12+ spaces can be made available for rent in the lot next door upon request as well as many spots as you need approx 100 feet away at a neighboring building. Lastly, 10 hour metered parking can be found on Cahuenga Blvd., to the East of the office. Pool gate is removable. Add-ons: Our office is located immediately behind the house and is great for ancillary space for staging, talent holding wardrobe, HMU, Production Offices and/or potentially shoot at an additional cost. G&E, Camera Equipment, and Cargo Van AC & Heating in all buildings Fully functioning outdoor grill and indoor kitchen space. Pool Additional costs for use of Sawhorse building, overflow parking and other add-ons.
