I am a Fashion & Interior Designer, Artist, Curator, and Mother of two amazing teenage daughters and have been living in Tribeca for the past 17 years. The space is filled with custom designed pieces with a global eclectic look and layers of rich jewel colors for the space. The lighting is designed to be inviting and memorable. I enjoy photography and painting and my work is also on view throughout my living space.

The Space

Eclectic, colorful, artsy, warm loft space with custom furniture, exposed brick, 11' high ceilings, and three 9' bright red french door windows at front. Private elevator opens up directly into space. Camera-ready setting for film, photoshoots, documentaries, or special events. Furniture at front of space is easily moveable. Ideal for documentaries, commercials, corporate events, family gatherings. Open Kitchen with 15' custom island, 2 oversize custom pendants, Boffi cabinetry. Catering is allowed. Perfect for cooking shows, recipe videos, food photography, private cooking classes, tastings and private dinners. Equipped with Gaggenau cooking equipment, hood, Bosch Dishwasher & Subzero Freezer/Refrigerator & Wine Fridge. Dining table seats up to nine guests comfortably. Dishes/glassware/utensils/table linens available upon request.

The safety and well being of guests is my top priority. I am committed to the overall wellbeing of guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of my space. I refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning: I am implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in my space to protect guests. These include: Host is thoroughly cleaning space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant Host will provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. Host ventilates the space daily before cleaning and after it was used Hygiene: While space is in use, please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick: For everyone's safety, I am asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify me if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used this space or facilities in the past 30 days.
