The Space

It is a Landmark Brownstone designed by the Architect John Young located at the heart of Stuyvesant Heights,Brooklyn.The neighborhood is nice, considerate, multicultural. This 3000 Sqft triplex space + 1000 Sqft Garden with a Natural Pond(17x 7 feet) with 2 Water Fall. - 3 floors available for rent ( 900 Sqft each floor) total of 2 700 Sqft. The Parlor has hight ceiling and is very bright, south oriented. - Glass Deck terrace of 300 Sqft with a beautiful view on the garden and beautiful Church.

-Alcohol: Can be served complimentary, but not sold. -If the guests arrive earlier and live later than the booking time , it will be charged extra time on the booking. -Furnitures, bed,chairs art and objects can be moved but you have to ask to the host before, and everything has to be back at the same place before you live. -If you planned to eat pizza or others food, you have to bring paper plates,plastic silver ware, plastic glasses and napkins. -The guests can NOT open any ,furnitures,draws, kitchen cabinets and bathroom medicine cabinets and help themselves, it is PRIVATE. -No dogs or cat are allowed inside because there is already a cat. -We recycle trash so you have to do it too! We have the three different containers. - Clean-up policy: Renters must complete all trash in trash bags by the end of the rental period, -The floor has to be in "BROME CONDITION" when you live.(We will lend you one!) Otherwise Additional Cleaning Fee : $100 -Space available Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat from 6 Am to 11Pm. -There is a stereo and a piano on site that can be used. -Live music is possible but NO loud music like a Club :) -Make sure every team's members is reading this HOUSE 's rules, it is VERY important!!! -Thank you. :)
