Tropically inspired open, artsy, mural-filled space with HUGE patio located in historic campus adjacent to Uptown Charlotte - indoor bar as well as outdoor bar option. Licensed for beer & wine, no kitchen be we do have a large selection of snacks and welcome outside food and catering.

The Space

Industrial meets art meets the tropics in this mural and plant filled lounge adjacent to HUGE patio / outdoor space. High ceilings and live 15' palms anchor the space and custom painting and graffiti surround you in this whimsical joyous event space. Available for semi-private events on days we are open, fully private events on days we aren't and separate outdoor bar service for both event types any day of the week. Fully licensed for beer & wine, serving draft & canned beers, wine by the glass or bottle, wine-based sangrias and non-alcoholic options. We don't serve food but have a large selection of snacks and welcome outside food and catering. Adjacent 2-acre outdoor space with seating, tented seating, swings, firepits, stage and other amenities (subject to calendar confirmation).

Rates can vary whether using the indoor space, outdoor space or both - whether during hours we are normally open or when we typically aren't. We have a lot of flexibility with the type of event we can accommodate and the number of attendees (80 - 100 inside, we have events with 500+ utilizing the full outside space / patio)

We have an indoor space of around 1800 SF and are adjacent to a huge outdoor 2-acre patio with an elevated porch overlooking the patio. We also have an outdoor bar available in the patio. Subject to calendar confirmation with adjacent neighbors for patio use. Rates subject to day / time of day
