Kathleen completed both Associate and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees at Rider University and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute. She teaches all the domestic arts in her studio on Staten Island. She is an avid gardener and enjoys caring for her chickens, parakeets and little dog, Scruffy. You will receive a home baked, delicious banana bread as a welcome gift.

The Space

Enjoy your own personal space which affords both a serene quaint environment with convenient living features. The cottage is perfect for small photo shoots, movie production projects and small meeting groups of up to 6-8 people. Students from the NY Film Academy, NYU Film School and Columbia had used the cottage for their movie and documentary projects. A mystical garden surrounds the cottage and is lovely in Spring/Summer. Photographers have descended on the garden taking photos when the perennials are in bloom.

Health & Safety Policy

I sanitize high-touch surfaces down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by health agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I provide extra cleaning supplies so you can clean up messes. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
