A 16,000 square ft state of the art soundstage, large office spaces, 6,000 square foot certified scenic shop and tons of parking -- all located just one hour north of Manhattan, in the New York State 40% Tax Credit zone that encompasses all your production needs from development thru delivery.

Our space is perfect for your production or live event because it has tons of room for a customized creative flow. Large, open workspaces alongside private executive offices, surrounded by workshops and artisan vendors to bring your project to life. Located one hour north of Manhattan in the heart of the Hudson Valley, and part of the 40% NYS Tax Credit zone!

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
