Two Room Office Suite

Wonderful setting in a historic landmark building, a block from the ocean, in Redondo Beach. Great natural light from large, front window, 11.5 ft ceilings, hardwood floors and preserved red brick walls with some exposed pipe. Our space is ideal for off-site meetings, client meetings, photo shoots, video shoots, and other opportunities. There is ample street parking, restrooms, kitchen area, separate conference room area. The front space is raw, the back space has a 10 ft white lacquer table that seats 10. We have black, white and green backdrops for use. Our space is part industrial, part modern. Although small, it feels large and wide open. The conference table room has a monitor with HDMI connection that can be used for presentations.
