Hello, I am an avid swimmer and enjoy swimming recreationally in the mornings! I and my husband and my 3 year old daughter just moved to Hollywood, Florida and we are absolutely loving the feel. We also just acquired a venue located in Fort Lauderdale & my role is "Booking Specialist" while my husband is out in the field. We have been working together for a year now. Its been tough throughout Covid-19 pandemic but we are hopeful that business and the economy picks up again. Hope ya'll stay safe.

The Space

it is a great two story lofted warehouse in the District 13 neighborhood. Over 4,000 square feet on two levels. Great for video shoots, concerts, painting, yoga, dance workshops, business pop-ups, weddings and more. Comes raw and empty. Very dramatic layout. Production studio onsite. Between Flagler Village and Wilton Manors. Furniture is included for no additional fee. we have 100+ chairs, various table shapes including high cocktail tables. We also have round and rectangular tables available as well as highboy/cocktail tables.
