it is a great two story lofted warehouse in the District 13 neighborhood. Over 4,000 square feet on two levels. Great for video shoots, concerts, painting, yoga, dance workshops, business pop-ups, weddings and more. Comes raw and empty. Very dramatic layout. Production studio onsite. Between Flagler Village and Wilton Manors. Furniture is included for no additional fee. we have 100+ chairs, various table shapes including high cocktail tables.
