The house includes three floors of ultra-modern interior space, featuring an 18-foot tall cathedral style lofted ceiling living room with sleek designer furnishings and a custom white architectural fireplace, a dream kitchen with modern Bosch appliances, and a gym with matted floors and sound reactive lighting. The space also includes a primary bedroom with ensuite double bathroom, a guest bedroom, a second bathroom, and a quiet work-from-home space with its own side entrance/exit. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a Garapa (Brazilian hardwood) deck, a sunken stone patio with a smokeless fire pit surrounded by comfy lounge sectionals, and stunning views of the Hudson River and Valley. Health & Safety Policy
Our priority is the health and safety of our guests. As a residential home, we have implemented the following policy for cleaning and air filtration: Cleaning Schedule: We maintain a cleaning schedule that ensures that all areas of the event space are cleaned before and after each event. This includes all surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches. Cleaning Products: We will use EPA-approved cleaning products to ensure that all areas are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized. Our cleaning staff will also wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while cleaning. Ventilation: We will ensure proper ventilation of the event space by opening windows and doors during and after each event, weather permitting. Air Filtration: Our HVAC system is equipped with MERV 10 HEPA air filters to improve indoor air quality. These filters are designed to capture a wide range of airborne particles, including allergens, dust, and viruses. Guest Responsibilities: We ask that all guests respect our cleaning and air filtration policies and take responsibility for their own personal hygiene by washing their hands frequently and covering their mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
