The home sits on top of 1 acre, 2 parcels surrounded by mountains and oak trees. Secluded lot with an amazing view of the Conejo Valley. (our location is in an unincorporated area of Thousand Oaks, 91320) This space is ideal for an type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. There is a remodeled guest house space with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette that works perfectly for hair/make up/wardrobe or any production needs. The exterior is rustic and rural with a campground like setting and a "lookout" tower. We have a separate entrance for larger vehicles if needed on the upper level and can accommodate up to 25 cars on the property (stacked parking) for larger shoots our neighbor rent out his lot for additional parking needs. Very unique and fun property. This space is also a unique alternative for an off site conference, meeting or workshop location.
