The loft itself includes LED lights, a chalkboard wall, a grass wall, 2 Comfortable Queen beds, and a pull-out Queen sofa bed for extra (Approved) guests!! Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The space: Our unique loft is a mix of the old and the new. We’ve restored the original structure of the building, giving you original wood finishes, columns, windows, and beams throughout the property. And at the same time, we have brand new finishes and appliances from the bathroom to the kitchen. The pinnacle of unique, historic living, The Sanctuary Lofts is truly one of a kind. The Sanctuary Lofts is ideally nestled in the heart of Eastwood Community in Houston, Texas which gives access to the best of what Houston has to offer. The Sanctuary Lofts is close to the universities, sports stadiums, and parks and just a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown. The loft is 3 stories. Other things to note: Please note No smoking ($350 fine), No events($400 fine), No pets ($400 fine) without prior approval from the host. You are responsible for returning all access keys and sensors. There is a $230 fee for any lost key/sensor fobs. There are stairs inside of the loft, You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of children and pets during your stay, and you are liable for any accidents that may occur. Shoes must be worn will on the property to ensure safety. There is a doorbell camera outside for easy entrance. All support animals MUST be crated and CAN NOT be left unattended!
