***PLEASE NOTE OUR TIERED PRICING SYSTEM BELOW*** If you are looking for an original, multi-layered space to shoot in - you won't find anywhere quite like this spacious and striking home. Our 2350 sq ft apartment has 11' ceilings, exposed brick, poured concrete surfaces and steel windows throughout. Converted from a single-story auto-repair shop in 2015, the building mixes industry standard materials with architectural salvage finds and, with its variety of high-end interior finishes, this space has a uniquely textured, designer loft-like feel. The eclectic range of backdrops - including our private garden - makes it an ideal location for photo & video shoots. We are located on the ground floor with easy street access - a sloped entrance to the front door makes loading in and out super simple - and one off-street parking space (street parking is free). We require a COI from every production once booking is confirmed. A security deposit of $1000 is required before each shoot. If the number of people onsite THROUGHOUT THE DAY exceeds the number in the booking, the excess fees will be charged and the entire deposit will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: the number of people inside the space at any given time is irrelevant. As a matter of liability and insurance we are concerned with your TOTAL NUMBER of attendees.
