*PLEASE NOTE that we are limiting our space rental requests during June and July as we have a magic show at our venue. We will be accepting more requests during August/September. This is a flexible LES basement with various richly themed rooms that are perfect for programs like photoshoots, catered events, small galleries, music video shoots, meetings, etc. The space has beautiful dark hardwood floors (the gallery space has painted white floors) with a separate entrance from the main building. Each room is filled with befitting furniture and props that make the space come alive. *Please note that there is a late fee of an additional $50 per hour after 8pm.
