5000 sq. foot home with unique architectural features, huge lawn, pool, treehouse, stage and small outbuildings. The Great Room has a stunning 17 foot high ceiling, modern double sided gas fireplace below a 17 foot high stone wall, featuring exposed beams and a second floor catwalk running through connecting the bedrooms. The Great Room also has a state of the art sound system with four foot tall custom speakers and an 84 inch Samsung TV with attached Apple TV and Xbox Series X. Three French doors lead to the large back yard. Other features of the house: Sound system with invisible speakers in most rooms, McIntosh amps, ability to stream music from Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music and many other digital music platforms. Gigabyte internet and smart home controls. Reading Room with rose window, exposed beams and 17 foot high ceiling and one 17 foot tall stone wall. Modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and kitchen island. Small gym with mirrored wall. Three guest bedrooms with en suite baths. Utility room, laundry room, gym, and a pantry containing a second fridge and dishwasher. Main bedroom with high ceilings, automated shades and rose window. The marble bath has a spacious freestanding tub, makeup vanity, His and Hers vanity, and a marble shower with a brass rainwater shower head, two side jets, a wand, and a marble-topped bench. Incredible library/office with built-in bookcases, tin ceiling, copper bar, mounted buffalo head, television and wood burning fireplace. The expansive back yard contains a pool, stage, grape vines, and a treehouse. Can accommodate food trucks, and portable bathrooms. An excellent space for events, photoshoots, and film shoots.

Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
