The Space
Our house is located in the city of Valley Village in North Hollywood. We believe our residence would be of special interest to many film productions because of the unique architecture style. Built in 1938, it is a ranch style structure with a "Widow's Walk" railed roof platform, frequently found in 19th-century coastal North American houses. The exterior of our house could easily be used to substitute as a home in Connecticut, Georgia or New Orleans. Additionally, the interior offers many unique rooms and features including a wood paneled office, 1940's-style tiled bathrooms and kitchen (with retro kitchen booth nook), as well as a spacious 4,000 square-foot grass backyard.
