The Space

Welcome to The Headquarters Los Angeles! This two level loft has big, bright windows that are perfect for editorial shoots, commercials, and podcasts. Upon entrance, you will have access to the entire bottom floor of this spacious loft which has an approximate 1500 square feet of shooting space! The main space includes seating for four adults, a 65 inch flat screen tv equipped with Hulu, Netflix, and a sound bar. This unit also includes a huge kitchen area ideal for cooking tutorials and event catering. We have also included specialty walls such as the infamous blue piano that is exclusive to Headquarters Los Angeles. With amenities such as street level parking, multiple restrooms, complimentary refreshments, our unit is perfect for long production days with and can accommodate crews of any size. We look forward to fulfilling your production needs!

We are COVID-19 compliant and perform the follow before and after every booking. *Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. *Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. *Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. *Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. *Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
