This is a gorgeous 1600 sq ft space with high ceilings with an amazing city view. Floor to ceiling windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is perfect for doing portraits, product shots, smaller fashion shoots and video interviews, music videos and filming. If you're looking for more of a nighttime feel, the space provides one of the most stunning views of Downtown LA looking over the city night lights. With LED light set up around the glass windowed to wash the class with great ambiance. Blue LED strips set up all across by the pool table area and behind the TV stand to wash the white walls will have an amazing background effect. The light in the hallway, above the kitchen area and the bedroom are multi color LED light bulbs that are controlled via controller and app. Chandeliers are dimmable to at more balance and color effect. The classic art work and décor adds elegance and class.
