Urban Industrial Social Lounge

We offer a wide variety of activities in our space. We have the capability of having live music, karaoke, gaming parties, co-working events, production and so much more. This space will hold about 70 people at a time. We have two different/connected spaces available to rent: One side holds a barber booth to allow for an onsite haircut while enjoying a quick game of pool and catching the latest sports games. There are tables for dining/lounging as well as two private booths with TV's included for rent. This side is large enough to have live music and or comedy events. There's plenty of floor space for dancing! The other side of our space has another two private booths with 55' TV's included as well as benches for seating. There is a beautiful handcrafted bar to grab a quick drink and/or bite to eat while lounging with us. You can expect to find two large 85' wall mounted TV's on one side and a 75' TV on the other side for gaming, sports events as well as exclusive movie/show premiers. There are bathrooms located on both sides of the venue. We have the capability to host an event for an individual booth, multiple booths, one side of the venue or the entire building. Stay tuned as we are currently building an outdoor patio section to be able to enjoy outdoor seating and lounging.
