The Space

Sera Sera offers a one-of-a-kind experience, featuring unique areas. Sera Sera aims to facilitate an environment that gives you total freedom — whether you want to use the space for a photoshoot or a film. We offer four (4) different areas that can be used as individual spaces or as an entire venue. The four (4) different areas: Pool : Exceptional outdoor deck pool in the heart of this urban oasis. Garden: A beautiful lush tropical foliage that would create an immersive natural experience. Swing Bar: Have fun and enjoy the beautiful swing bar, made out entirely of wood. Playa: Enjoy this outdoor Playa oasis with white sand, beautiful tiki tent, hammocks and fire pit. Sera Sera’s upscale, resort-like environment lends itself to balancing the mind- body-spirit connection, while offering an opportunity to bond with like-minded individuals. Enjoy a leisurely swim in the hot and cold plunge pools. Lounge on luxurious hammocks, or curl up with a good book amid the lush tropical foliage. Enjoy a scenic stroll through the garden, or explore the property’s many cozy little nooks. Get inspired to write, paint, photograph, or come up with your next big business idea. Or, simply hang out with friends and bond with community like minded peeps at the “playa”, the property’s intimate lounge space fitted with swings and teepees. Sera Sera brings together the yogi, the health guru, the party lover, the fashionista, the artist, the entrepreneur, and more, combining these complementary energies together in a space designed for health-minded socializing and creative projects note: For this specific listing we are offering the Pool area as a photoshoot or film set.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We have a certified cleaning company that provides all the hygiene and cleaning requirements for each booking. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing The space is design to have enough room for social distancing since is mostly outdoor. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other event services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
