The Space

Our private clubhouse is a comfortable and inviting oasis filled with everything you need to bring your creative vision to life. The flexibility of the space makes it adaptable to every step of the process. We have hosted production meetings, writing workshops, costume fittings, fundraising events, performances and more. Situated within a few miles of the major studios, our space is a quiet oasis in the heart of Burbank. We are easily accessible by public transportation and there is ample free parking within a one block radius of the space. Magnolia Blvd. is an iconic Burbank street filled with local favorites like Porto's Bakery, the Palm Coffee Shop and Handy Market, which is right next door and carries all of the snacks, drinks and sandwiches you'll need to push through your creative process. Feel free to stop by for a tour of the space! SPACE FEATURES *Flexible space including a break room *High, vaulted ceilings for an open and airy feel *Receptionist desk that can also be used as a bar or serving area *Separate green room with additional couches and TV *Large TV with Apple TV capabilities *Comfortable seating, included sofas and leather office chairs *2 Wifi Networks *Manager onsite or nearby at all times. **Gallery Set-Up: We are happy to host fine artists for solo and collaborative shows. For a gallery set-up, we clear our walls in order to give you ample space to display your work and remove furniture to give guests room to brows. Includes two, simple easels. Gallery fee includes cost of patching holes from hanging materials, within reason. **Storage options for clients renting over multiple days (Price depends on items stored and length of time)

HQ under goes undergoes extensive cleaning protocols between each event. We allow our renters to set their own policies, however we strongly recommend vaccination required or proof of recent negative test. Masking is optional but strongly encourages.
