The first floor is industrial, with high ceilings, cement floors, and a small garage door. The second floor has wood floors and a balcony overlooking the first. Ideal for photoshoots, filming, galleries, fashion shows, castings, workshops. Available for hourly and/or daily rentals. Available 24/7 for approved clients.
