I was buying sandwiches in Running Springs and during the wait looked at this "blast from the past" and fell in love with it while imagining all of the possibilities. Do I see a Real Estate sign across the street? Okay, let's take a look, stay calm, too late I am now dash all over this 1930's building like a love sick crazy person and then BAMB 48 hours later I am in escrow! The Boulder Creek, CA forest property is privately owned and has been in our family for over 70 years.

The Space

Vacant shops for filming a small mountain town 1930's to 1970's feel- Old Retail space- Shop One: Old downtown Vintage shop and small loft with chippy paint outside. Shop two: Retail store with dressing rooms with a original christmas courtyard and Santa totem pole from the original Santa's Village. Back decking with dilapidated staircase not useable. Shop Three: Brick staircase next to Christmas courtyard decor, sweet as pie red french doors to storage space (on the right) and larger retail space (forward) . Inside of retail space has cement floors and a partial drop ceiling and door to the street behind and parking in the back. There are a couple other small spaces inside of this area. That may work for office space, storage, makeup/dressing or food service. Room 4 is a storage room with a vintage door and window. This space is in the County of San Bernardino with no city requirements.
