The Space

We are near the famous Abbot Kinney with 12 parking spots, a conference room, TV room, 3 kitchens, BBQ, huge grassy yard, basketball court, volleyball court, WIFI, lockers, music room, and 32 of our custom built pods. This rental would grant you private access to our yard, but shared access to the parking and indoor amenities such as bathrooms, kitchen, and lobby.

This rate is for the backyard. If you wish to rent a smaller portion of the property or have a lot less people then send me your budget for consideration. No music or loud noise after 930pm. We have neighbors.
