I’m a Colombian visual artist based In south Florida. My passionate personality has lead me towards art in all it expressions, for as long as I can remember. Driven by a bold creativity I made this art studio filled with my own projects made with love. From the moment one steps in, everything is painted and hand-crafted by me. My goal is to share love through art and inspire everyone. I hope this space encourages you to step out of their ordinary comfort zone and make their moment here a special time to remember!

The Space

Our venue is a real art studio decorated with stunning art and furniture. Captivating from the moment one walks in, filled with bright colors and interesting paintings. upon request we allow host events, pop-ups, or get together. This artsy studio encourages a creative experience with your loved ones. We have plenty of free parking space, handicap access. 2000 sq. ft in total with different ambients we do have a lounge area called the bohemian room, our kitchen's name is Hell's Bar equipped with microwave fridge with freezer and a additional freezer perfect for ice, we do not have a stove but feel free to bring your personal chef or catering service our kitchen is spacious for food and drinks serving. our bathroom is stunning, we do have a baby grand piano that cannot be remove or moved, our floors are hand painted and covered with epoxy, that's why Furniture and artwork may only be removed or replaced upon request. we do have Enough space for 50 people. we just I'm proved our AC units, now we have a fresh high end luxury space to share with our community. be part of the experience. ask for a walk through visit! see you soon! Our installations are located in a commercial park, therefore is very safe and clean, parking lot is fenced, but public and shared with other warehouses. As we all know is prohibited to hang out with alcoholic beverages in public spaces by federal law. So please don’t hang out in our parking lot. please keep our outsides clean, no garbage and obviously no peeing in the area, a fine of $110 USD will be assessed for each tule not followed. A monitoring system is I. Place to make sure adherence to these rules are taking place. Please enjoy yourselves without causing distress to our neighbors and society.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Deep cleaning the studio and common surfaces (doorknobs, chairs, restrooms, etc) and disinfect items before and after every session. Wash or sanitize hands when arriving at the studio and have clients do the same. Maintain at least 6 feet separation from other individuals. If such distancing is not feasible, other measures such as face covering, hand hygiene, cough etiquette, cleanliness, and sanitation will be rigorously practiced. When it is within the safety guidelines to work closely with your newborn, ALL health and safety protocols will be strictly adhered to. This is all of the above in addition to wearing a face mask to protect you. Before your scheduled session, I ask that you monitor your health and the health of all those attending the session.

We offer the following amenities upon inquiry at an extra charge: Six foldable tables and Up to 30 chairs flat rate -$65 Red carpet prop 3ft x 25ft - $59.99 for events and crews of more than ten people Cleaning fee is $120 (not optional) Here are the rules and fees For videos or photoshoots. 1. in the booking experience, we only include one backdrop color; for additional colors, we charge a fee of $30 per color/unit. 2. this is only for production services - for crews of more than five people, we charge a flat fee of $45 team for the photoshoot/video services can be as big as nine people. For a more significant staff, please report upon booking request. 3. we don't allow pets. Kids must have adult supervision. 4. please arrive on time; remember that booking starts at the time frame you requested, not when the crew comes. 5. professional lighting setup services are available upon request for a fee, depending on the project's complexity. 6. professional photographer services are available; hire our talent for $99 per hour. Request at least 24 hours before your booking date. 7. we are 420-friendly upon request with a flat rate of $40
