We have a spacious studio that totals 1,000 sq. feet. From the cork flooring, to the reclaimed incensed cedar and redwood panel backdrops, to nearly every item on the set….all were selected to showcase thoughtful sustainable design, and to create a nurturing environment for dialogue and creativity. Our studio space is predominantly geared toward video production use yet our space can also be used as a business meeting space, yoga classes, full day workshop space, live acoustic music performances, small seminars. Our space comes with 3x Wooden Backdrop panels, w/ chalkboard, cork board, and drywall on backs, respectively Acoustic dampening panels for soundstage work High-speed WiFi (50/15mbps) Telephone Printer 42” LED HDTV Toolbox with drill & other basics Some amenities to the space are: Bathroom Kitchenette w/ Microwave, Coffee & Tea Conference Table w/ 6 chairs Additional seating upon request (up to 40 capacity) Thermostat & full central heating & cooling Coffee table & studio seating We are nestled in an urban haven for creative studios and design spaces where is plenty of parking available to guests and limited on site parking for presenters.
