The Space

Just 30min north of NYC and steps from the Irvington Metro North train station, our spacious 4,000 square foot ground floor studio is perfect for anyone shooting in the NYC metro area, Westchester County, or North Jersey. It features 2 fully customizable home interior sets, a prep kitchen for food styling, a 12ft seamless, wireless DMX lighting grid and Hudson River views. We designed our studio around the work we love: a healthy mix of live action commercials, tabletop, and product video. The Kitchen We’ve meticulously designed our ultimate shooting kitchen. This functional, flexible and modular set features high-end stainless appliances and a large window for that sun-drenched look. With interchangeable options for island top, pendant lights, hardware, floating shelves and window, this kitchen can be easily customized based on each client’s needs. The Living Room This flexible space can be styled as a living room, bedroom, dining room, play room, office, etc. We can create unlimited looks with two window exposures and our wide selection of props and furniture. Add the ability to create digital set extensions and the possibilities are endless. Side by Side Our two sets sit side by side, allowing us to quickly and efficiently move from one to the other, or even shoot on both simultaneously. Prep Kitchen We love our food stylists and designed this prep kitchen with them in mind. Steps from our kitchen set is a fully equipped prep area which features a full size refrigerator, a 2 basin industrial wash sink, large convection oven, induction burners, hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of work space, cookware and gadgets on hand to bring any culinary creation to life.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. We are a full service production company and able to assist with your shoot whether providing crew, equipment or production services. In addition to our full list of camera, grip and lighting equipment we have a wide variety of props and set dressing options available as well.
