Versatile Greenpoint Theater and Studios

Our facility has multiple spaces ranging from over 1000 square feet to a few hundred square feet that can be rented separately or together. Our two beautiful outdoor spaces and lobby on the ground floor allow our clients to design a flow perfect for their events and give a comfortable, familiar atmosphere for guests, actors, or crew. Because the facility houses a theater, full theatrical stage lighting and sound system are available, as well as projection capabilities and professional staff to assist you. You also have the option to include the rest of our facilities, including five greenrooms/dressing rooms, each providing an exclusive space for pre-event preparations, including getting ready and photography sessions. Two of these rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, while the remaining three showcase white walls and abundant natural light. All rooms feature full-length mirrors, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive atmosphere for pre-event activities.
