Her strong background in Acting and Entertainment honed her style to into art industry. Her work was shown internationally and nationally in different commercials, short films, music videos in the past years. She continues to market herself in both advertising and commercial work while working in Downtown, Los Angeles.

The Space

This lovely space is 1157 sqft. two stories ground-floor loft located in the heart of art district. Our more than 20ft tall floor-to-ceiling window wall will ensure an ideal amount of natural light filled in the space. This is a professional space dedicated to all types of events. Offsite bookings apply only Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (office hours) with a max. capacity of 12 people. For any other event, different rates apply and will increase the max. capacity to 18 attendees.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We disinfect all areas before every check-in. Our CCO(Covid Compliance Officer, certificated by both Safe Sets International and Health Education Services) Eric will be the only one to interact with all guests and he has his NEGATIVE covid-19 results available. We clean all our surfaces, door handles, and have very minimal furniture in the space. In-house gear rental is preferred to minimize equipment coming in/out of the space. You’re welcome to bring your own if needed.

1. there will be a standard flat cleaning fee, which is equal to one hour rate of a certain type of event. ($45for productions/meetings, $75for parties) 2. An additional cleaning penalty might be applied. 3. Your setup / clean-up has to be within your booking period. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no a way to put buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm. 4. Overtime: Please note that overtime is billed at 1hr increments at 2.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions. 5. For night event after 10pm, the rate is $95/hour 6. 8 hours plus booking will have 5% off
