If guests will need access to the building, you must provide security. Cleaning services not provided. Music, if any, must be kept at background level. Alcohol beverages cannot be sold or given to minors. Space must be cleaned and brought back to its original and any existing fixtures and furniture can be used. **If your event will have more than 20 attendees, we require that you obtain and use an external commode. This policy can be negotiated given the nature of your event--ex: if you were having a low key gathering with 20 guests we would allow access to our indoor bathrooms--but such would be an extenuating circumstance. *It may take up to two week for us to return the security deposit, depending on when we've received payment from Splacer* You must acquire insurance for the event and Java Studios LLC. must be included as an additional insured. We err on the side of lower key gatherings--if there will be loud music and lots of people coming in and out, our space would likely not be your best option.
