The Space

Welcome! This bright, open plan home located just 25 minutes west of Salt Lake, is great for small productions and meetings! Inside guests are greeted with multiple unique backdrops, thoughtfully staged to help craft the perfect shot! VIDEO TOUR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAOYpIC0y_0 Location: Our brand new, 1,300 sq ft space is located just 2 minutes south of I80, between the Great Salt Lake and base of the Oquirrh Mountain Range in a newly developed, quiet, suburban neighborhood called Lake Point. Interior Features: We feature an eclectic blend of scandinavian inspired interior with an edge of bohemian. We also feature beautiful vaulted ceilings, fresh greenery, stunning antiques, including an extremely rare 1860 victorian “Rococo” style square grand piano, fun collectables such as a vibrant leather bound library of books, light and dark woodtones, a large scandinavian dining table, brand new modular sectional, picturesque mountain views and an open pantry full of colorful spices. The main hub of the space has also been fully equipped with 5000k lighting for bright inside day filming and soft mood lighting for night. Booking of this space includes complete access to a fully furnished home office, master bedroom, ensuite, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and for your convenience, a spare room which guests can use for changing, hair & makeup prep, production equipment or to house any props or costumes. We encouraged individuals to remember that the space is exceptionally versatile and can be rearranged upon request to fit your personalized needs. Additional Amenities: Fully accessible high-speed internet AC & heating Street level access Private parking for 1-3 guests Free street parking Easy load-in/out accessibilities Both entry doors located at the front of the house are single width only. A pair of double width doors however are located around the back for the convenience of larger production equipment. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: - Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC - We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant - We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. - We provide hand sanitizer upon entry to our guests - We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, etc. - We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used - We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene: - While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: - Wash your hands frequently and properly - Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly - Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
