Located in the heart of Tribeca, this new facility provides fully equipped professional video editing suites at affordable rates. Ideal for assistant editors, indie filmmakers, Youtube content producers, or post production teams on a budget. Rent editing stations by the hour, day, week or month. Two comfortable, fully-equipped work stations available with state of the art, industry workhorse standard, on custom built 8K capable computers to help you complete your next project. This space caters to the creative mind. Creative tools to turn inspiration to Creation. Primarily a film and photo editing studio it has also been used as a podcasting studio covering local conventions and Fashion week. The room is 19' x 8' with 11' ceilings. The two custom built Mac computers, have the following software installed: Adobe Animate Adobe Audition Adobe Premier Pro Adobe Media Encoder Adobe Photoshop Adobe After Effects Cisdem video converter Davinci Resolve Maxon Cinema 4D Super Photo cut pro Aisee Mac video Enhancer Disc drill media recovery Movavi Video Editor Plus And many other creative tools. Includes high speed internet, kitchen access, gaming and ergonomic seating, and shared co-working space, chill out area.

We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: ironworks cleaners Hygiene Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.
