Soaring 12ft ceilings, oak flooring, large profile moldings make this unique space both cozy and luxurious. The intimate and expansive private roof terrace is your private perch nestled in Gotham City. The lofted ceilings provide a roomy atmosphere for filming interviews. Use the whiteboard in the office bedroom for meetings or sit on the patio for a socially distanced lunch.
