This content creation location is suitable for both photo and film and located at a Brownstone in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. This untouched room transports back in time to what Bedstuy looked and felt like in the 1950'sand 60's. This location is perfect for video and photo productions and can set the mood for many different storylines. This location offers natural light and the flexibility to match and enhance your creative vision. All props are free to use and move around. However, all props must be handled with extra care because they are all authentic to the time period. No items in this space have been fabricated in the present day to look vintage. EVERYTHING IN THE SPACE IS VINTAGE. All props may be used at no additional costs. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$120/hour (i.e. $120/hr (base) + $120/hr (film surcharge)) = $240/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: 1x $200 Site Rep Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (2x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 5 hour minimum, if you book for 2 hours you will be charged for 5 hours. If you book for 2 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 5 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected after every booking. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning. Disinfecting wipes, paper towels, disposable gloves, disposable masks / face coverings, and hand Sanitizer are used and provided on site at all times.
